On Sunday afternoon (12/6), the Deputy Minister of Sports Lefteris Avgenakis arrived at Heraklion Airport "Nikos Kazantzakis" where he was welcomed by the President of the Organizing Committee "Heraklion 2022" Konstantinos Violitzis and the President of the Mediterranean Beach Games "Heraklion 2023", Nikos Dambakakis.

The Deputy Minister of Sports visited the pavilion of the 2022 World Championships (Junior - Youth and Men's - Women's) located in the arrivals area of the airport and together with the Presidents of the Organizing Committees were photographed in front of the specially designed "photo booth".
